Job Description
- Plan and execute financial strategy and budget management
- Fundraising from VCs and investor relations (IR)
- Build management systems and establish internal controls
- Build systems for IPO preparation (in the future)
Required Skills
- 5+ years of finance/accounting experience at a company or startup
- Practical experience in fundraising
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements
- Strategic communication skills with management
Nice to Have
- CPA or Tax Accountant certification
- Experience as CFO/Finance Director at a startup
- IPO preparation and execution experience
- M&A/Due diligence experience
