Job Description
- Research and develop products leveraging large language models
- Design and execute prompt engineering and fine-tuning
- Optimize accuracy of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
- Design, develop, and deploy production ML models
- Propose data-driven solutions for business challenges
Required Skills
- Practical experience with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, etc.)
- Experience developing systems using LLM/Generative AI
- Foundational knowledge of statistics and machine learning
- Experience in data extraction and analysis using SQL
Nice to Have
- Experience with MLOps (experiment tracking, model deployment)
- Specialized knowledge in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Experience with large-scale data processing (Spark, etc.)
- Experience participating in competitions like Kaggle
